Youkando is a platform for short video interviews of people talking about their jobs. From musicians to lawyers, there is a wide range of professions shown and the database is constantly being expanded. The videos are intended to show young South Tyroleans possible future careers. The focus of the initiative is to motivate and inspire people, in contrast to traditional job training and employment agency offers. An innovative matching system shows the users a selection of videos that might interest them based on their recorded basic character traits.
