Current open positions

  • For our activities (mainly in South Tyrol), we’re looking for a part-time Performance Marketing Specialist (Junior or Senior level) to support our team in developing and executing data-driven advertising strategies. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience in Google Products like Google Ads, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio or even Power BI. Experience with Meta and LinkedIn campaigns is a plus. 

    What will you be doing:

    You’ll play a key role in ensuring measurable success for our clients by setting up and optimizing campaigns (mainly on Google), managing tracking infrastructure, and supporting performance analysis. The position is flexible in terms of hours and collaboration model—we welcome applications for freelance or contract-based work, with one-day mandatory presence at our studio in Bolzano-Bozen.

    You will work in a young, ambitious, and international team. We speak German, Italian, and English in our team and with our clients and partners. We work from South Tyrol, Vienna, Florence, and other cities in “real-time” together.

    Our agency is growing, but still feels small and intimate. You will be part of a vibrant environment with clever minds that work for a variety of local heroes or best-in-class hidden champions including Cosmic Crisp VOG/VIP, GKN Hydrogen, alpitronic, Microgate, Aspiag/Despar, IDM Südtirol, Barth, Covision Lab, Autonomous Province of Bolzano, FieraMesse Bolzano-Bozen, Upper Austria Tourism Board, Garda Trentino, südtirol mobile, and many more.

    About You:

    • You speak German and/or Italian, and of course English

    • You have 2+ years of experience with online marketing activities and reporting 

    • Knowledge of the Meta, Google, LinkedIn ad tech-ecosystems, with a focus on Google, SEO, coding, website compliance, App Store Optimization (ASO)

    • SEA/SEM and Tag Manager knowledge

    • Experience in setting up tracking tags for ad platforms

    • Good business sense and focus on performance

    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

    • Strong communicative skills, experience with project management, and the ability to prioritize

    • Adobe Suite or Drag-and-Drop Graphic Software knowledge is a plus

  • 60% of us are desk minimalists where everything has its place, but 40% of us are all about that organized chaos.

  • We’re big fans of public transport. Half of us get to the studio by train, closely followed by bus and bike. Driving is in last place.

  • Our most controversial topic: If the office had a pet, what should it be? We’re split evenly between dog, cat and something unique like a fish.

  • Our multilingual team speaks an average of 3.3 languages, including English, German, Italian, South Tyrolean, Spanish, Croatian, Dutch, French and Latin.

  • Coffee and tea are tied in first place for our office drink of choice, but there are a few orzo fans among us.

  • Half of us have more than 20 tabs open at a time. 

  • We love aperitivos, with most favoring Italian classics like Aperol Spritz, while beer, alcohol-free drinks, and wine follow in popularity.
