For our strategy and consulting practice (mainly in South Tyrol), we are looking for a Strategist and Business and Innovation Consultant who helps companies sharpen their business model, digitalise the way they work and turn strategy into measurable results. We hire on two levels: junior with 1+ years and senior with 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting, innovation management, business development or a comparable agency or corporate role. We accept applications for full and part time, on-site / partly remote collaborations at our studios in Bolzano-Bozen and Bruneck-Brunico. The role can be filled as a permanent employment or as a freelance collaboration.
What will you be doing:
You will run and support strategy engagements end to end: business model analysis and development, value proposition, business strategy, market-, competitor- and target group- analysis, requirements analysis, corporate structure and corporate culture.
You will guide small and mid-sized companies through their digital transformation: organisational and business model upgrades, web presence and e-commerce, social media and digital communication models, tech stack and software selection, process automation and AI-supported workflows.
You will design and facilitate workshops, coaching and tutoring formats for owners, management and employees, so that knowledge transfer is part of every mandate and not an afterthought.
You will turn analysis into deliverables: strategy papers, roadmaps, project plans, KPI frameworks, dashboards and offers, always supported by our team of experts.
You will prepare and document publicly co-funded consulting mandates, including day and hour breakdowns with unit prices, and support our public procurement submissions.
You will act as a sparring partner and primary point of contact for your clients, managing expectations, timelines and budgets, and consulting them towards better results.
Senior level: you take ownership of your own mandates and clients, support acquisition and pitches, and mentor junior colleagues.
The team you will work with is young, ambitious and international. We speak fluent German, Italian and English in our team and with our clients and partners. Our team mainly works from South Tyrol or Vienna, some even remotely from Florence and other cities in "real time" together.
Our agency is growing organically, but still feels small and intimate. You will be part of a vibrant environment with clever minds that work for a variety of local heroes or best-in-class hidden-champions including VOG and VIP, Virgin Active, GKN Hydrogen, alpitronic, Microgate, Aspiag/Despar, IDM Südtirol, Barth, Covision Lab, Autonomous Province of Bolzano, FieraMesse Bolzano-Bozen, Upper Austria Tourism Board, Garda Trentino, südtirolmobil and many more, next to the owner-led companies where a single strategic decision changes everything.

About You:
You speak german and italian and of course english
Junior: 1+ years, senior: 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting, innovation management, business development or a comparable agency or corporate role
You are confident with strategy frameworks and can apply them without hiding behind them: business model canvas, value proposition design, positioning, jobs to be done, OKR
You understand digital ecosystems well enough to advise on them: websites, e-commerce where relevant, social media, martech and analytics, automation and AI tools
You can facilitate a room: workshops, moderation, interviews, and the discipline to write up what was decided and what matters
Agile project management skills, as we think in plannings, mid-week check-ins, retros, and labs
Experience with Project Management Tools as Trello, Asana, ClickUp and with Miro is a plus
Good business sense and a focus on performance
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Strong communicative skills and the ability to prioritize, project management experience is a plus
Knowledge in data analysis and reporting is desirable, experience with AI workflows and automations is a strong plus
Familiarity with the South Tyrolean and Italian funding and public tender landscape is a strong plus
Knowledge of the Meta, Google, LinkedIn adtech-ecosystems is a plus
A degree in economics, management, innovation or a related field is welcome, a track record that speaks for itself is welcome too
