For our activities (mainly in South Tyrol), we are looking for a Project Manager/Key Account Manager who can ensure a high quality of project execution and client relationship management for our clients across various sectors. For this role, we’re looking for a minimum 2+ years in project planning and managing complex projects. We accept applications for full and part time, on place / remote collaborations at our studio in Bolzano-Bozen.
What will you be doing:
You will ensure that we manage our clients’ projects efficiently and effectively, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. You will primarily coordinate project timelines, manage resources, and oversee the execution of marketing strategies and consulting activities, always supported by our team of experts. You will also act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring clear and effective communication, managing expectations, developing project plans, offers and providing regular updates on project status. Additionally, you will help in visualizing milestones and KPI metrics in Client Dashboards, Project Management Tools and Visual Collaboration Software, and consult our clients for improved results and optimized strategies.The team you will work with is young, ambitious and international. We speak German, Italian and English in our team and with our clients and partners. Our team mainly works from South Tyrol or Vienna, some even remotely from Florence and other cities in "real time" together.

About You:
You speak german and/or italian and of course english
You have 2+ years experience within the agency or consulting industry
Agile project management skills, as we think in plannings, mid-week check-ins, retros, and labs.
Experience with Project Management Tools as Trello, Asana, ClickUp is a plus
Good business sense and a focus on performance
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Strong communicative skills, experience with project management and the ability to prioritize
Knowledge in data analysis and reporting is desirable
Knowledge of the Meta, Google, LinkedIn adtech-ecosystems is a plus
Adobe Suite or Drag-and-Drop Graphic Software knowledge is a plus

For our activities (mainly in South Tyrol), we’re looking for a part-time Performance Marketing Specialist (Junior or Senior level) to support our team in developing and executing data-driven advertising strategies. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience in Google Products like Google Ads, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio or even Power BI. Experience with Meta and LinkedIn campaigns is a plus.
What will you be doing:
You’ll play a key role in ensuring measurable success for our clients by setting up and optimizing campaigns (mainly on Google), managing tracking infrastructure, and supporting performance analysis. The position is flexible in terms of hours and collaboration model—we welcome applications for freelance or contract-based work, with one-day mandatory presence at our studio in Bolzano-Bozen.
