  • For our activities (mainly in South Tyrol), we are looking for a Project Manager/Key Account Manager who can ensure a high quality of project execution and client relationship management for our clients across various sectors. For this role, we’re looking for a minimum 2+ years in project planning and managing complex projects. We accept applications for full and part time, on-site / partly remote collaborations at our studio in Bolzano-Bozen.

    What will you be doing:

    You will ensure that we manage our clients’ projects efficiently and effectively, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. You will primarily coordinate project timelines, manage resources, and oversee the execution of marketing strategies and consulting activities, always supported by our team of experts. In addition, you will also act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring clear and effective communication, managing expectations, developing project plans, offers and providing regular updates on project status. Also, you will help in visualizing milestones and KPI metrics in Client Dashboards, Project Management Tools and Visual Collaboration Software, and consult our clients for improved results and optimized strategies. Part of your work will also be the support in event management for different activations locally and all over Europe.

    The team you will work with is young, ambitious and international. We speak German, Italian and English in our team and with our clients and partners. Our team mainly works from South Tyrol or Vienna, some even remotely from Florence and other cities in "real time" together.

    • You speak german (mandatory) and italian and of course english

    • You have 2+ years experience within the agency or consulting industry

    • You have experience in executing online and offline marketing strategies and activations

    • Agile project management skills, as we think in plannings, mid-week check-ins, retros, and labs.

    • Experience with Project Management Tools as Trello, Asana, ClickUp is a plus

    • Good business sense and a focus on performance

    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

    • Strong communicative skills, experience with project management and the ability to prioritize

    • Knowledge in data analysis and reporting is desirable

    • Knowledge of the Meta, Google, LinkedIn adtech-ecosystems is a plus

  • For our activities (mainly in South Tyrol), we are looking for a Project Management / Key Account Intern who wants to learn how to ensure high-quality project execution and client relationship management for clients across various sectors. This internship is ideal for recent graduates or students who are close to completing their university studies and are eager to gain hands-on experience in project management, consulting and marketing operations.

    We accept applications for full-time or part-time internships, on-site / partly remote collaborations at our studio in Bolzano-Bozen.

    The internship duration is a minimum of 4 months.

    What will you be doing

    You will support our senior Project Managers and Key Account Managers in the day-to-day coordination and execution of client projects across different sectors. As an intern, you will gradually learn how projects are planned, monitored and delivered, while contributing to the smooth organization of activities and internal processes.

    Your tasks will include supporting the team in coordinating project timelines, preparing and updating project plans, helping organize resources and workflows, and assisting in the execution of marketing strategies and consulting activities together with our experts.

    You will also support the preparation of client updates, presentations, offers and status reports, and help keep project information structured and accessible across Project Management Tools, Client Dashboards and Visual Collaboration Software. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in how to track milestones, monitor KPI metrics and contribute to effective communication between internal teams and clients.

    Part of your internship may also include supporting the team in the coordination of local and international events, activations and special projects across South Tyrol and Europe.

    Through this internship, you will have the opportunity to learn directly from experienced colleagues, take on increasing responsibility over time and develop a strong foundation in project management, client service and strategic marketing operations.
