From the soul of the Dolomites to the flavours of Japan, our zukunvt team experienced two culinary worlds in one night.

We kicked off with a Schüttelbrot workshop at the local Hurtig Bakery of our friend Valentin, learning the art of traditional South Tyrolean techniques of the “Schütteln” (it’s quite hard, not gonna lie😇).

Then, we had a nice table all together at our clients Mochi Bolzano-Bozen Rooftop, where Japanese cuisine meets european flavours, alongside the Wiener Charme of the Bozen-Boss Stefan Wurziger and the beautiful Mochi Team 🙌🏻
