Eppan Wein is a consortium of wineries, distilleris, gastronomy and the local Eppan tourist association. It's goal is to make wine from Eppan an internationally known brand and to further wine tourism in the region. The strategically planned destination brand is supposed to streamline communication efforts and to create synergies between the partnering businesses. We supervised the process from inititally setting up the the organisational structure, the development of the brand to tangible outputs like marketing and area signage. We are still in the loop, guiding the brand and organising photoshoots for all participating wineries, planning and designing communication materials etc.
