Research, conception, communication strategy
Oberösterreich Tourismus coordinates the marketing and communications of tourism in Upper Austria. The organisation develops new markets, sets impulses for tourism in the region and is a direct dialogue partner for tourism-related businesses.
In 2021 we helped them launch a new strategic direction called "Hungrig auf echt".
The goal is to create value in tourism by focusing on Upper Austria's culinary landscape.
In collaboration with Oberösterreich Tourismus we worked on creating a fitting and efficient #communicationsstrategy for "Hungrig auf echt" including:
- helping to align stakeholders
- analysing competitors
- setting communicational goals
- creating a clear positioning
- translating the positioning into ground rules for photo art direction
- creating guidelines for content creation
- introducing systems for selecting partners and activities
